Geoscience BC to Release QUEST-South Geochemical Data on August 11 at 12pm (Pacific)
August 6, 2010 - Geoscience BC is pleased to announce that the results of the 2009 QUEST-South infill geochemical surveys will be released as Geoscience BC Report 2010-13 on August 11th at 12 pm Pacific Time.
The report contains the QUEST-South infill stream-based and basal till geochemical results, and parts of the package incorporate data from previous regional stream- and lake-based surveys completed in the study area as well as the QUEST-South reanalysis results released earlier this year as Geoscience BC Report 2010-4.
The data contained within Geoscience BC Report 2010-13 will be provided in a variety of digital formats. Survey descriptions and details regarding methods, field and analytical data listings, summary statistics, sample location map, geology map and maps for individual metals are presented in PDF files. Raw digital data files used in the production process are included in XLS format.
