Geoscience BC Central Interior Copper Gold Research Open House
November 19, 2019 - Join Geoscience BC in Prince George for an open house to announce and discuss the Central Interior Copper-Gold Research minerals research series.
Central Interior Copper-Gold Research (CICGR) will be a major, multi-year research series that will help identify potential mineral deposits buried under till in an area of British Columbia’s central interior between the Mount Milligan and Mount Polley mines.
As with all Geoscience BC research, data and reports from CICGR projects will be public, and will be a valuable tool for the mineral exploration sector, government, communities and Indigenous groups to make informed natural resource decisions.
At the open house, introductions and a short presentation about the CICGR series will be followed by an open discussion about current and future planned CICGR projects.
