CLOSED: Request for Proposals - Generating Minerals Geoscience to Benefit all British Columbians

RFP is CLOSED

 

Geoscience BC is pleased to issue a new Request for Proposals (RFP) : Generating Minerals Geoscience to Benefit all British Columbians.

We encourage proposal submissions from First Nations, communities, governments, resource sector, academia, or non-profit organizations for geoscience projects related to mineral exploration in BC. Proposals that will be considered should be of an applied and innovative nature and relate to geology, mineral deposits, or metallogeny of BC, or address an exploration method or technique that will enhance exploration interest and success in BC.

Priority areas for this RFP are:

  • Value-add and integration work using publicly available or resource sector-supplied data for areas of Geoscience BC major projects
  • Work adding information in areas adjacent to Geoscience BC major project areas
  • Work generating data and interpreted products with a geology focus

Note: Submissions that align with these priorities are encouraged. Proposals outside these priority areas will also be accepted for consideration.
